Returns & Refunds policy

We believe every garment tells a story. If yours doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to rewrite the ending.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 72 hours of delivery for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  • Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging and tags & plastic seal intact.

  • Process: Submit an exchange request via our website’s Exchange Portal. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return.

  • One-time exchange only per order. We do not offer multiple exchanges on the same item.

  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.

  • Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.

  • Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments

Refund Policy

We don’t do refunds unless we messed up.

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Conditions for return, exchange and refund

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Sale items, customized pieces, and gift cards are final sale.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of exchange, reverse pickup is free for prepaid orders.

  • A 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.

**We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
